Run DMs as a team, not a one-person bottleneck
Social media managers and agencies: every client in one Agency hub, one shared inbox, and the automations that work copied to every client at once.
What’s getting in your way
One login, five people
Sharing an Instagram password around the team is a security problem waiting to happen.
Nobody owns the conversation
Two people answer the same DM; another slips through entirely.
Starting from zero every time
Every campaign rebuilds the same comment-to-DM setup by hand.
Templates agencies & teams use first
Qualify leads from Instagram ads
Answer everyone who taps your click-to-DM ad and route buyers to a person.
Check it outAuto-DM links from comments
Send a DM with your link every time someone comments on your post.
Check it outRecognise questions in DM
Answer pricing and shipping questions, hand the rest to a human.
Check it outEvery conversation has an owner
Invite teammates by email, hand conversations out round-robin or with routing rules, cap how many each person holds, and let everyone choose the notifications they get.
Worth switching on next
One hub for every client
The Agency hub lists every client with its accounts, live automations, contacts and messages, and flags what needs you: a reconnect, a failed payment, a trial ending, a quiet account. Open any client in one click.
Your team, in every client
Everyone on your agency team gets into every client at their agency role — without using the client’s seats — and loses access to all of them the moment they leave.
Report what it earned
Insights shows runs, clicks, click-through rate and recorded conversions with their value, for 7, 30 or 90 days.
Roles that fit the job
Owner, admin, editor or viewer — enforced on every action, not by hiding buttons. A client can watch without touching.
Three things to set up this week
- Step 1
Invite with the right role
Editors build and reply, viewers only look, admins run settings — and only the owner sees billing. Invites drop people straight into the client’s workspace.
- Step 2
Set up routing
Groups and ordered rules send each conversation to the right people, with per-person limits so nobody drowns.
- Step 3
Start every client from your best setup
Add a client from the Agency hub as a blank workspace or a copy of your best one, or push chosen automations into many clients at once — they arrive as drafts, with their tags and fields.
- Step 4
Send the monthly report
Each client’s report covers 7, 30 or 90 days — new contacts, messages, automation runs, link clicks and results per automation — ready to print or save as a PDF.

Questions from agencies & teams
Can I manage several clients from one login?
Yes. Turn your workspace into an agency (Settings › Agency, on any plan) and every client shows up in the Agency hub with its health at a glance. Each client is still its own workspace — its own channels, team, plan and data — and either side can end the link at any time; the workspace and its data stay with the client.
Does my team use up the client’s seats?
No. People on your agency workspace’s team get into every client at their agency role without counting against that client’s seats. Someone who leaves your agency loses access to every client at once.
Is there one bill for all my clients?
No. Each client workspace has its own plan, paid by whoever owns it — your agency, if you created it, or the client, if you invite them as owner. There’s no agency plan or white-label option.
Can I give a client read-only access?
Yes — invite them as a viewer. Viewers see the inbox, contacts, automations and Insights but can’t change anything. Editors can build automations, broadcast and reply, but can’t touch billing, the Instagram connection, API keys or webhooks, or delete anything.
Can we plug MuChat into our own tools?
Yes. Each workspace gets its own API keys and signed webhooks, so you can sync contacts, tag them, send DMs and record conversions from your stack. A key stops working when the person who created it leaves the workspace or loses API access.
Do teammates need the Instagram password?
No. Only the account owner connects Instagram, through Instagram’s own login. Teammates sign in to MuChat with their own email.
