The rules for using MuChat.
Using MuChat
MuChat is built and operated by SFDIFY LLC (“we”, “us”).
By using MuChat you agree to use it in compliance with Instagram’s Terms of Use and the Meta Platform Terms, including its messaging policies (for example, the 24-hour messaging window) and applicable anti-spam laws.
Your account
You’re responsible for your workspace and for the teammates you invite. You must have the right to connect the Instagram account you connect.
What you send
You’re responsible for the content of your automations and replies. Don’t use MuChat to send spam, misleading offers, or anything that breaks Instagram’s community guidelines or the law.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. On paid plans, active contacts beyond your plan's allowance in a calendar month are billed after that month at the per-contact rate shown on the Pricing page, unless you switch extra contacts off or cap them in Settings → Billing; nothing extra is billed during a free trial. You can cancel from Settings → Billing. See Pricing for current plans.
Changes and availability
We’re improving MuChat continuously, so features may change. MuChat depends on Instagram’s API; if Instagram changes or limits it, some features may change or stop working.
