LinkDM limits how many DMs you send each month and how many Instagram accounts you connect. Yearly billing saves 20% on Pro and 30% on Platinum+. Enterprise is priced on request.

The two free plans limit different things: LinkDM counts DMs, MuChat counts the people you talk to. The bigger difference is features: several things LinkDM keeps for Pro are on MuChat Free. Each row shows LinkDM first, then MuChat.

What a real month costs
If LinkDM Free's features are enough, it's free up to 1,000 DMs a month. If you need what LinkDM keeps for Pro (public replies, flows, follow gates), compare LinkDM Pro at $19 with MuChat: Free up to 100 people, then Essential at $9 plus $0.10 per person past 250. MuChat costs the same or less up to about 350 people a month; past that, LinkDM Pro costs less. These examples assume two DMs per person (the link, then a follow-up), billed monthly.

Is LinkDM free?
Yes. LinkDM's Free plan connects 1 Instagram account and sends up to 1,000 DMs a month, with post, reel and story automations. Comment auto-replies, flows, the follower growth tool and Live and ad automations are on Pro.
What's the difference between LinkDM and MuChat?
LinkDM limits how many DMs you send; MuChat limits how many people you talk to in a month (active contacts), however many messages that takes. LinkDM's Free plan keeps public comment replies, flows and follow gates for Pro; MuChat's Free plan has every trigger, the Flow Builder and follow gates, with 100 active contacts.
Is LinkDM cheaper than MuChat?
At volume, yes. LinkDM Pro is $19/month for up to 25,000 DMs, while MuChat Essential is $9 for 250 active contacts plus $0.10 for each one after that. Past about 350 people a month, LinkDM Pro costs less. LinkDM Free is also free up to 1,000 DMs if you don't need its Pro features. Where MuChat saves money is when you need public replies, flows or follow gates for a smaller audience: those are on MuChat Free, up to 100 people a month.
Does LinkDM work with Facebook?
Yes, LinkDM lists Facebook DM automations on every plan. MuChat runs on Instagram today, with Telegram and SMS in beta and Messenger and WhatsApp coming soon, so if you need Facebook Page DMs now, that's a point for LinkDM.
