Signing in
MuChat signs you in with a one-time link sent to your email — no password. Links expire after 30 minutes and work once; a team invite's link lasts 7 days. Google sign-in is offered where available.
Notifications
MuChat notifies you in the app — the bell at the top, and the Notifications page. Choose what you hear about under Settings → Notifications; see the inbox guide for the options.
Deleting data
Disconnecting Instagram (Settings → Channels) permanently deletes that account’s contacts, conversations and automations in MuChat. For anything else, see our data deletion page or contact support.
