Every plan includes the same features. They differ in live automations (4 on Free, unlimited on Essential, unlimited on Pro, unlimited on Business and unlimited on Advanced), active contacts (100 on Free, 250 on Essential, 2,500 on Pro, 7,500 on Business and 25,000 on Advanced), channels (2 on Free, 2 on Essential, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Business and unlimited on Advanced), team seats (2 on Free, 2 on Essential, 3 on Pro, 5 on Business and 10 on Advanced), support, and the “Sent with MuChat” line that Free adds to DMs. Essential and Pro start with a 14-day free trial; Business and Advanced are billed from the day you subscribe. The free trial
Essential and Pro start with a 14-day free trial, and nothing is charged today. Business and Advanced have no trial and bill from the day you subscribe. The trial is once per workspace.
Managing your subscription
Change or cancel your plan from Settings → Billing.
Cancelling
Cancelling keeps all your data. You move to the Free plan’s limits: you can’t switch on more live automations than Free allows until you upgrade again, and DMs carry the “Sent with MuChat” line.
