Giveaways bring a spike of comments you can't process by hand. Automating the entry means every single person gets confirmed, and the follow requirement turns the spike into followers who stay.
Commenters get an entry button. The flow checks they follow you, tags them "giveaway" so you can pick a winner from your contacts, and confirms the entry.
Step by step

Someone comments “win” on any post or reel
Replies publicly under the comment, e.g. “You're in — check your DMs 🎁”

Sends: “Want in on the giveaway? 🎁 Tap below to lock in your entry.” with “Enter me!”

After they tap “Enter me!”: Checks whether they follow you

If yes: Adds tags “giveaway”

If no: Sends: “One more step — follow the account so I can DM you if you win, then tap below.” with “I'm following”

Sends: “You're entered! 🎉 I'll announce the winner here on Friday.”
- 1. Which post or reel to use — one you pick, all of them, or the next one you publish
- 2. Which words start it — specific keywords, or any comment
- 3. What they get — your message and link buttons
Every message, button and keyword is editable before you go live, and you can add or rewire steps in the Flow Builder.
